Presented in 2019 at the French Society of Anesthesia & Intensive Care Medicine (SFAR) Annual Congress and at the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. This study highlighted the benefits of using HypnoVR as an adjunct for local anesthesia when inserting and removing an implantable port in children—a procedure traditionally performed under general anesthetic.
